Abdirahman Qahiye Isse is the Founder and President of Target Shield Security (TSS) Inc., bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across public service, administration, community development, security operations, and organizational management.

With over 15 years of experience in the security industry, Abdirahman has worked with numerous security organizations in roles ranging from Security Guard to Operations Manager. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen security personnel, client relations, emergency response coordination, operational planning, and risk management initiatives.

His extensive professional background also includes leadership and technical roles within government institutions, international organizations, and community development programs. These experiences have provided him with valuable expertise in public administration, governance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, emergency management, and community safety.

As Founder and President of Target Shield Security, Abdirahman is committed to building a security company founded on professionalism, reliability, integrity, and exceptional client service. His leadership philosophy emphasizes proactive security solutions, strong community partnerships, and a client-first approach to safety and protection.

(Abdirahman holds double bachelor’s degrees and double master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law (MPPAL) at York University. He is fluent in English, Somali, Arabic, Hindi, and Amharic, enabling him to effectively engage with diverse communities and clients across multicultural environments.
